Spent here 1 nice sunny days and will definitely visit place next time. The staff was extremely great and the place was clean. The atmosphere created was special!

The breakfast was quite limited, mostly cold and definitely not fresh. The room had some broken stuff, and i didn't even receive a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience! The restaurant was packed with locals who just ignored me, absoluteely infuriating. I almost wanted to give a good review, but just couldn't.

Good sized, unique rooms.

Gorgeous hotel with SPECIAL atmosphere, plus the weather was warm sunny. The booked room was big with a very comfortable bed. The venue's location was fantastic, close to an amazing cave and the river. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

The amazing location was very nice with fine waterfalls.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking in the room. I found dirty dishes and a general sense of neglect in the housekeeping. The breakfast felt uninspired and often served cold, leaving much to be desired. The staff at the restaurant were not cute.

Decent location near the river. The Quadruple Room offered ample space for a family.

Breakfast lacked variety-eggs and pancakes consistently served cold. Some rooms had broken curtains and high windows that couldn't be covered properly, leading to privacy issues. The hotel attracted crowds. Dirty dishes lingered around buffet areas, and cleanliness in food service was questionable at best.

The location near the waterfall was fine, and reception staff were super kind. Just a heads up, the food was hit or miss and the breakfast could use some variety.

Fine Location with Spacious Rooms

The location was amazing, right next to the river. I stayed in a Classic Triple Room that offered plenty of space and a nice balcony overlooking the playground, great for the kids. The unique architectural design blended beautifully with the surroundings. Breakfast could definitely use more variety and warmth, it was mostly cold and lacked delicious options.

The resort is amazing, surrounded by lush nature with picturesque waterfalls. The staff provides excellent service!
